This Module will provide you with an introduction to an Engagement Process in a M2C arts-led Social Action Project.

This module offers an overview of frameworks for social action projects, focusing on design thinking, stakeholder management and online social action, with case studies giving examples of how these frameworks  are applied.
This module covers leadership qualities that lead to good group dynamics. It discusses why group facilitation is important and different methods, tools, tips, tricks and approaches.

It includes non-hierarchical facilitation methods. Well suited for Arts-led SAPs, these methods aid equitable and inclusive group communication, decision making and co-design.

This Module supports reflective learning through the process of a Social Action Project, including evaluating the impact of your SAP and exchanging learning with peers through Action Learning Sets
